Dr. Jonathan P.
Mirrlees-Black is the Head of Research at RARE Infrastructure Ltd. He also chairs RARE’s Investment Advisory Board (IAB).
Dr. Mirrlees-Black has over 20 years of infrastructure experience and previously led sell-side research teams at Exane BNP Paribas, Lehman, and Dresdner Kleinwort Benson.
Dr. Mirrlees-Black also has extensive global experience as a Management Consultant advising infrastructure companies, regulators, and investors on regulatory reform and other strategic issues.
He was formerly a member of the UK water regulator’s Future Regulation Advisory Panel.
Dr. Mirrlees-Black holds a Bachelor of Arts in Pure Mathematics from Sheffield University, Master of Philosophy and Doctor of Philosophy degrees in Economics from Oxford University.
