LARRY L.
PINNT Chairman since January 2003 and Director since 1995 Retired Mr. Pinnt, 69, was Chief Financial Officer of US WEST Communications, Inc and one of its predecessor companies, Pacific Northwest Bell, from 1979 until he retired in September 1989.
His responsibilities included all aspects of corporate financial management, including shareholder matters.
Mr. Pinnt has served on the boards of a number of public and private companies, including Seattle Trust and Savings Bank and later Key Bank of Washington.
He also served as Chairman on the boards of Blue Cross of Washington and Alaska, and University of Washington Medicine.
He currently serves on the Boards of Trustees of a family of publicly held Safeco mutual funds, chairs their audit committees and has been designated a "financial expert" as defined in the SEC Rules.
