Starting his career as a corporate and securities lawyer in New York, Mr. Lorenzo Lorenzotti moved to Lazard Frères in 1995 as Vice President contributing to raising, investing, and managing four private equity funds for a total size US$3 billion.
In 1998, he moved to Rolaco Services, a private Swiss based holding company, as Senior Vice President, responsible for managing a private equity portfolio consisting of over 50 funds as well as reviewing and analysing new private equity opportunities.
Mr. Lorenzotti has a B.A. in Economics and International Relations from Boston University, and a JD from Pace Law School.
He was admitted to the New York Bar in 1991 and is fluent in Italian, English and French.
