Michael N.
Piergrossi has been Vice President-Human Resources of W.
R.
Grace & Co. since 2001.
He is a Member of Grace's senior executive team and provides functional leadership to Grace's HR staff around the world.
Mr. Piergrossi has more than 20 years of human resources experience with Grace starting as a plant personnel administrator in the Grace's packaging unit facilities in Reading, Pennsylvania and Indianapolis, Indiana.
In 1993, he became Vice President of Human Resources and Organization Development for the Grace Construction Products worldwide business.
In 1999, Mr. Piergrossi relocated to Columbia, Maryland to join the Grace corporate executive team as Vice President of Leadership and Organization Development.
He graduated from Kutztown University with a BS degree in Education/Economics and an MEd degree from Millersville University.
