Eubanks is a Principal at Lubert Adler Management, Inc. Prior to joining Lubert-Adler, Mr. Eubanks served as the Head of Real Estate Financial Services for Wachovia.
He joined SouthTrust in 1983 as head of Commercial Real Estate Lending.
He was named Executive Vice President in 1990.
In 2002 Mr. Eubanks was named President of SouthTrust Bank with responsibility for the Corporate, General Bank and Capital Management divisions.
In April 2003, he was promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer with responsibility for all day-to-day operations and was elected to the board of directors of the bank.
Prior to SouthTrust, Mr. Eubanks managed commercial mortgage lending for Sovran Mortgage Corporation in Richmond, Va., and for First and Mid South Mortgage in Nashville, Tenn.
Mr. Eubanks graduated from the University of Alabama in 1970 with a bachelor of science degree in Finance.
He is actively involved in the United Way of Central Alabama, Alexis de Tocqueville Society Cabinet, the 2003 American Cancer Society Extravaganza, the American Heart Association, the Birmingham Zoo Capital Campaign, the University of Alabama's C&BA Board of Visitors, the University of Alabama's C&BA AREREC Board of Trustees, Leadership Birmingham (class of 1997).
