Bucher is a Senior Vice President & Chief Credit Officer at Voya Investment Management Co. LLC.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Bucher was the North American head of special assets for Standard Chartered Bank.
Ralph has also held other senior credit risk management positions with Standard Chartered and Societé Generale, as well as credit structuring and analysis positions with National Australia Bank and Commerzbank.
He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona and his masters of international management degree from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
