Profil
Prior to joining Timbervest in 2006, Mr. McGarity was a Division Forester at Molpus Timberlands, from 2003 to 2005.
He was Silviculture Manager for the 984,000 acre Southern Region of Louisiana-Pacific Corp from 1999 to 2003 and he spent 26 years at International Paper Company in various forestry positions with ever increasing responsibilities.
Mr. McGarity graduated from the University of Georgia in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Forest Management.
He is a Society of American Foresters Certified Forester and a Registered Forester in the State of Mississippi.
He was a captain in the U.S.
Army.
