In addition to his current role with TRA form 2009, Mr. Gardner is an English teacher in the Edina school district since 2005.
Previously he taught in St. Cloud, has been on the Education Minnesota Governing Board since 2002.
He currently also serves as a member of the Education Minnesota Executive Committee.
A former member of the National Education Association Board of Directors and past president of the Minnesota Council of Teachers of English.
