Robert W.
Wright joined PRB Energy, Inc. in January 2004 as Chief Executive Officer and a Director and was appointed Chairman in June 2004.
Previously, Mr. Wright was President of WGS Capital LLC from 1992 to 2004, a Consultant and Financial Advisor of Credit Suisse First Boston until 1992, a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Department of Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette Securities Corporation from 1976 to 1990 and Vice President of Corporate Development for Barber Oil Corporation until 1976.
Prior to joining Barber Oil, he was in the Corporate Finance Department of Lepercq, deNeuflize, Southeast Regional Manager of Raychem Corporation and Field Petroleum Engineer of Mobil Oil Libya Ltd. Mr. Wright received a degree in Petroleum Refining Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and an MBA from Columbia University.
