He manages a team of FX strategists with Economics/Finance background on developing quantitative macro currency valuation frameworks, forecasting models and investment strategies and marketing these research products to clients.

Previously, He worked at Lehman Brothers as a quantitative FX strategist from 2006 to 2008.
He is the author of a dozen of Lehman Brothers quantitative FX strategy articles.
Mr. Dong holds a Ph.D.
degree in finance from Columbia University, a Master degree in finance from University of Hong Kong, and Bachelor's degrees in management science and computer science from the University of Science and Technology of China.
Mr. Dong is also a CFA charter holder.
