Mr. Carpenter is a member of the fixed income team with responsibility for municipal fixed income investment.
Mr. Carpenter has 30 years of investment experience including positions in brokerage, research, and portfolio management.
Prior to joining the National City Investment Management Company, he was a Vice President with McDonald & Company.
Mr. Carpenter has been with the firm since its inception in 1995.
Mr. Carpenter received a BA from Colgate University.
