Dr. Chou has served as the President of Harbinger Taiwan since March of 2000.
Prior to joining Harbinger, Dr. Chou was Special Assistant to Mr. Matthew Miau, Chairman of the MiTAC-SYNNEX Group.
Dr. Chou was Vice President of CP Group, Hong Kong, from 1993 to 1997.
He was also Director of Corporate Development at Roll International in Los Angeles.
Dr. Chou holds a B.S.
from National Taiwan University, an MBA from Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania, and a Ph.D.
from Rutgers University.
