Thomas Horsky co-founded SemEquip, Inc. in March, 2000 and currently serves as an Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer.
Previously, he served as Director of Systems Engineering for Brooks Automation, Inc. Dr. Horsky was Chief Scientist of Semiconductor Equipment Operations for Eaton Corp.
and Marketing Product Manager of Balzers AG.
He received a BS degree in Physics from the University of Texas in 1983 and a PhD in Experimental Solid-State Physics from Brandeis University in 1988.
Dr. Horsky holds 18 patents on ion source and related technologies, and 50 publications.
