Ms. Bixby joined Frontera Management in 2009.
She started her financial career as a Summer Associate with GE Capital's Energy Financial Services group in 2008.
Previously, she served with the Defense Intelligence Agency and the U.S.
Department of State, where she managed and created departmental databases for DIA training programs and U.S.
visa issuance and earned Top Secret clearance.
Ms. Bixby graduated from Columbia Business School in 2009 with an MBA in finance and a B.S.
in international affairs and communications from The American University in Paris in 2004, earning magna cum laude honors.
She is fluent in both French and Spanish.
