Dr. Wheaton is a professor in MIT's Department of Economics and the current director of the MIT Center for Real Estate.
He is also principal in Torto Wheaton Research, a globally-recognized real estate consulting firm that works with the commercial real estate industry to better understand the fluctuations and trends of the market.
