Founder of Construction Sector In-House Counsel Forum, Yonni Fushman presently is Secretary, Chief Legal & Sustainability Officer at Aecon Group, Inc.

He is also on the board of North York Arts and Member of Massachusetts Bar Association, Member of Ontario Bar Association and Member-Lien Act Review Task Force at The Ontario General Contractors Association.

He previously occupied the position of Member of California State Bar Association.

He received an undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California and a graduate degree from Boston University School of Law.
