Mr. Daniel J.
Drury, CPA, is Tax Manager at Advantage Capital Partners.
He joined Advantage Capital Partners in 2009.
As a tax manager, he is responsible for internal tax structuring and compliance, as well as tax matters of the investment funds, portfolio investments and underlying investors.
He also assists the investment team with financial analyses and projections for prospective deals.
Mr. Drury's background has been concentrated in tax consulting and compliance for alternative asset investment structures.
Prior to joining Advantage Capital, he was a senior associate for the San Francisco and St. Louis offices of PricewaterhouseCoopers.
He served in the Financial Services and Middle Market groups, where he focused primarily on US compliance, consulting, deal diligence and alternative asset structuring for private equity and venture capital clients.
Mr. Drury received both his bachelors degree in Business Administration and his masters degree in Accountancy from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
