Prior to joining H.I.G., Mr. Berman was a Consultant at Bain & Company, one of the world’s most successful management consulting firms.
While at Bain, he managed a variety of projects for Fortune 1000 clients, developing expertise in manufacturing, telecommunications, and financial services.
Mr. Berman holds a BA degree with Honors in Economics from the University of Virginia, and an M.B.A.
degree from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
