Gilad joined Target in 2017 as a Partner focused on the firm's deeptech portfolio which includes Ermetic and Seekret.
He also sits on the board and serves as an advisor to Plessey Semiconductors, XMOS, and CP Display, which was acquired by a leading US corporation last year.
Over the past two decades, he has held a wide range of business development roles at M-Systems (acquired by SunDisk), Anobit (acquired by Apple) and Elastify (acquired by Google).
Gilad was also an early advisor to Pliops, which has grown to become one of the leading semiconductor companies in Israel, and Cyvera, a cybersecurity company (acquired by Palo Alto Networks).
Gilad is an active angel investor with a portfolio of more than 80 companies across Israel, the UK, France, Italy and the US.
He's a graduate of Bar Ilan University with a BSc in Computer Science, Economics, and Math and served as an officer in the The Israel Defense Forces.
