Prior to that, he worked at Oechsle International Advisors where he served as an investment analyst, focusing primarily on the telecommunications, energy and basic materials industries for an EAFE equity portfolio.
Mr. Scott also worked for the State of Wisconsin Investment Board in both international and U.S.
equities.
He has over 24 years of financial industry experience.
He received his bachelor of arts degree in economics from Lawrence University, his MS, with a concentration in finance, from the University of Wisconsin Business School and served in the U.S.
Peace Corps in the Philippines for two years.
He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
