Jean-Philippe Olgiati - Partner Jean-Philippe Olgiati joined Weinberg Capital Partners in 2018 as Managing Director of Real Estate.
Previously, he was in charge of BlackRock Real Estate's investments for Europe (Value add fund and Euro Zone Core).
Jean-Philippe leads the real estate activity of the Weinberg Capital Partners with the aim of pursuing an ambitious development of this platform, and invest in different investment vehicles, including a value add fund.
Jean-Philippe Olgiati has over 15 years of real estate experience and a strong track record.
Promoted to Managing Director at BlackRock Real Estate at the age of 35, he was heavily involved in the development of his real estate activities in Europe.
In charge of the acquisitions and sales of more than 300,000 m2 of offices, he also worked in trade and logistics operations in France and Germany.
More specifically in Paris, he successfully led iconic projects such as the recently launched Tour Europe at La Défense, the former Mariners' Day, for which he acted as Portfolio Manager of a pension fund, or the restructuring of the Madeleine, for which he received in 2014 the Award for Best European Deal of the Year by PERE.
Jean-Philippe is a graduate of École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers.
