Michael T.
Rand joined in November 1996 as Vice President, Operational and Accounting Controls and was promoted to Vice President, Corporate Controller in June of 1998.
Mr. Rand was promoted to Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller in October 2002, and to Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer in August 2004.
Prior to joining Beazer Homes, Mr. Rand was with the firm KPMG Peat Marwick from 1984 to 1996, at which time he served as a Senior Audit Manager.
Mr. Rand holds a Bachelors degree in Commerce from the University of Virginia and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
