Rolf Friedli has been active in Private Equity since 1995 when he joined Capvis’ predecessor company SBC Equity Partners Ltd.
Prior to that, he worked with Goldman Sachs Investment Banking in New York and London, Clariden Bank Asset Management and SBC Warburg (Capital Markets).
Rolf Friedli is a Partner, Chairperson, and a member of the Investment Committee at Capvis AG.
He is also a board member of Amann Girrbach, AMMEGA, Hennecke and ProXES.
Previously, he has served on the boards of current/former Capvis portfolio companies Variosystems, Benninger, De Sede Group, Etavis, Lista, Myonic, nicko tours, Ondal, Orior, Rena, Stadler, and WMF.
Rolf is also Chairperson of the dedicated Capvis ESG Team (“Green Team”).
Rolf studied Finance and Marketing at the University of Applied Sciences in Olten, Switzerland, and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago.
