Currently, Bin Huang occupies the position of Joint Secretary of Air China Ltd. Mr. Huang is also on the board of Air China Cargo Co., Ltd.

In his past career he was Co-Secretary for Beijing Capital International Airport Co., Ltd. and Board Secretary & Joint Company Secretary at Air China Ltd.

He received an undergraduate degree from Civil Aviation University of China.
