Zvi Maayan holds the position of Secretary & EVP-General Counsel at Ceragon Networks Ltd.

He is also Member of Israel Bar Association.

In the past Mr. Maayan held the position of Vice President & General Counsel for Elbit Imaging Ltd., EVP-Business Development & Subsidiaries at Israel Aerospace Industries Ltd. and Member-Real Estate Division at Israel-America Chamber of Commerce.

He received an undergraduate degree and a graduate degree from Bar-Ilan University.
