Beazley France strengthens claims and compliance presence

Specialist insurance company Beazley has boosted its claims and compliance capabilities in its French operation with two new hires.

Charlotte Triadoujoins Beazley in Paris as claims manager for international specialty lines having previously been the product lead for cyber within the complex financial risks team of AIG France. Having trained as a lawyer, she also spent five years providing commercial litigation advice in Paris-based law firms.

Lorena Segovia, financial lines regional manager for continental Europe, said: "We have been growing our financial lines offering in France and across Europe and we are building our local presence through strong and strategic appointments across underwriting and claims. Building our claims presence in France is vital to supporting clients in navigating the complex and rapidly changing legal landscape."

Katia Mullierhas also joined the Paris office as senior compliance officer to develop and support compliance strategies across European offices. She comes to Beazley from Tokio Marine HCC where she was a legal, compliance & risk manager for European branches, following six years as a compliance officer and legal counsel at MS Amlin where she developed her experience of the Lloyd's insurance market.
