Public Letter from CMBC for Cooperation Negotiation of Off-site Auditing System Upgrade Program

As the upgrading program of off-site auditing system of CMBC is carried out soon, our bank plans to invite a batch of software developing companies, which boast strong technical capacity and own abundant experience in constructing internal auditing system for national commercial banks and of successful practice, to shoulder off-site auditing system upgrading program for our bank. The main goals of this program include: 
1. Design a system built-in monitoring model, which can provide automatic early warning mechanism, offer off-site auditing procedures management such as early warnings handling, case management and risk reports and is capable to achieve seamless connection with on-site auditing, to cope with risk points in commercial bank.
2. Provide intelligent auditing tools, which possesses functions including data analysis, data mining and data drilling, serves to assist auditors in fast locating risks and customizing early warning model and verification process.
3. Improve auditing data mart so that it can cover the main business scope of our bank. 
Companies that are eligible in the following respects and willing to cooperate with our bank to finish off-site auditing system upgrading program, could participate in the negotiation meeting with us:
1. Companies registered in the People¡¯s Republic of China, qualified to bear civil responsibilities independently, in good financial condition, and having  branches in Beijing; 
2. Companies with the successful experience of developing off-site auditing system program for any national commercial bank;
3. Companies capable to organize a developing team within a week since the establishment of cooperation, furnish qualification list of program manager and core members, and having developing experience of off-site auditing system for any commercial bank.
    Please summit related files before Feb. 14, 2012, which should cover at least the following materials: 
1. Confirmation letter to participate in negotiation meeting (check the appendix for format);
2. Introduction to your company; organization chart; firm size; qualification credentials, and so on; 
3. Materials related to successfully-conducted case
