He has worked for almost three years in the Real Estate industry with a specialization in the Hospitality and Lodging sector.
He was primarily responsible for conducting valuation/ analysis of properties for acquisitions and portfolio management of assets.
Prior to that, he co-managed an investment fund at San Diego State University.
There he covered the energy and technology sector.
He also worked in India for two years where he gained a good understanding of its economic drivers and risks.
Mr. Bandekar holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Pune University, India.
He also has an MBA (emphasis in Finance) from San Diego State University.
Currently he has passed all three levels of the CFA program.
