Arthur Sadoun, né le 23 mai 1971 à Dourdan, est un publicitaire et un homme d'affaires français. Il est connu pour être le président du directoire de Publicis depuis 2017.
Arthur Sadoun étudie à l'European Business School de Paris (EBS Paris). Ne parvenant pas à décrocher de poste après ses études, il part au Chili et y fonde en 1992 son agence de publicité, qu’il nomme Z Group. Il la revend cinq ans plus tard, en 1997, à BBDO, filiale d’Omnicom.
Revenu en France, il effectue alors une Maîtrise en administration des affaires au sein de l'Institut européen d'administration des affaires de Fontainebleau (INSEAD). Au terme de sa maîtrise, il est repéré par Jean-Marie Dru, patron de l'agence de publicité TBWA, qui le recrute en 1999. Il monte très vite les échelons et devient directeur général en 2001 avant de prendre la présidence de TBWA Paris en 2003.
Puis, en décembre 2007, il quitte TBWA Paris pour prendre la direction de Publicis Conseil. En 2009, Arthur Sadoun prend également la tête de Publicis Worldwide France, succédant à Philippe Lentschener.
En octobre 2013, Publicis Groupe annonce sa nomination à la présidence du réseau Publicis Worldwide (11 000 collaborateurs dans 80 pays). Il succède à Jean-Yves Naouri qui reste le directeur général opérationnel de Publicis Groupe. Il rejoint alors le comité exécutif du groupe.
En décembre 2015, après la fusion ratée entre Publicis et l'américain Omnicom, le groupe s'engage dans une transformation en profondeur. Arthur Sadoun prend la tête de Publicis Communications, une des quatre branches de Publicis et devient très bien placé pour succéder au président, Maurice Lévy.
Il lui faudra attendre jusqu'en janvier 2017 pour que sa nomination soit effective et qu'il remplace l'emblématique dirigeant.
Son objectif annoncé est de faire fructifier le legs de Maurice Lévy, qui a fait passer Publicis d'une entreprise de taille moyenne de quelques 3.000 personnes à un groupe mondial de 80.000 employés. Il s’est également donné comme but de faire progresser un modèle numérique permettant de délivrer des expériences personnalisées à grande échelle. En effet, Publicis, comme ses concurrents, fait aujourd’hui face à la concurrence de Google ou Facebook qui captent presque l’essentiel de la croissance de la publicité numérique.
C’est avec cette ambition qu'Arthur Sadoun a fait progresser le chiffre d’affaires du groupe de manière importante, dès sa première année de gouvernance, après deux années difficiles en 2016 et en 2017.
