Given the huge benefits of the fluXXion technology versus the traditional filtration and separation technologies, in the focal area's dairy products processing and distillation applications, it is clear that the company has great potential to become an unique major technology provider in these markets. The first full scale filtration plant is in operation at a large cheese factory with an annual capacity of 40 000 tons. A demo-unit for a chemicals stripping unit will be built in the first half of 2010.
