Prior to joining HEI, Mr. Lee sourced, underwrote, and negotiated hotel deals at Kimpton Group, he conducted due diligence and financial analysis at Marriott International, he honed investment analysis and feasibility skills at HVS International, and he also has hotel operating experience with Ritz-Carlton, San Francisco and Hotel Shilla, Seoul Korea.
Mr. Lee holds a BS from Cornell University, and an MBA from the University of California, Irvine.
He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Cornell Hotel Society.
