Mr. Patrick J.
Fallon is Chief Operating Officer & Managing Director at Accel-KKR LLC.
Prior to joining Accel-KKR, he was a Partner and COO at Gryphon Investors and was the senior relationship manager for key strategic constituencies including limited partners, deal sources and lenders.

He previously was an investment banker, principally at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ) and Credit Suisse.
He was a Managing Director in Leverage Finance and, later as Global Head, led the DLJ Technology Banking team pre-merger with Credit Suisse (CS).
Post merger with CS, Patrick was the West Coast Head of Technology Banking and led the coverage of technology buyout sponsors and venture firms--where he met and worked with Mr. Bisconti.
Prior to attending Business School, he began his career at Peat, Marwick & Mitchell (now KPMG).
Mr. Fallon is a former Board Director of Accelerated Rehabilitation, Celerity, DLC, Engagement Health, Kinetics, LeadAmerica, Nursefinders, PHNS, and Synteract.
Mr. Fallon received his M.B.A from The Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College and his A.B.
in Economics from Harvard College.
