Dans le cadre du processus de restructuration du capital d'AVTOVAZ, le Groupe Renault a acquis les 9,15% de parts que possède son partenaire Nissan dans Alliance Rostec Auto B.V. (ARA BV), la J.V. actionnaire majoritaire d'AVTOVAZ avec 64,6% de son capital.
En conséquence, conformément aux normes en vigueur, le Groupe Renault consolidera le bilan d'AVTOVAZ au 31 décembre 2016, et son compte de résultats à partir du 1er janvier 2017.
