Mr. Bedrosian serves as the Chief Financial Office of Marcus & Millichap Company and is responsible for overseeing the entire finance function, including, capital markets, taxation, and treasury.
He also serves as a member of the Company's Investment Committee.
Mr. Bedrosian has significant experience within the real estate investment banking community and has acted as a strategic advisor to many private and public companies within the sector.
Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap Company, he was the Chief Financial Officer at Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust, a publically-traded REIT, and served as the Managing Director in the Global Real Estate Investment Banking Group at Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. Mr. Bedrosian earned a B.S.
in Finance and Administration from Mercy College and an M.S.
in Real Estate and Finance from New York University.
